Enterprise customers can export their organization's data through the Dashboard > Organization > Data Export feature. Individual users can request their data by contacting support@grideditor.com.

If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
