Architecture & Credits
GRID is a high-performance IDE built on the robust open-source foundation of VSCodium and Visual Studio Code. We gratefully acknowledge the tremendous work of the Microsoft VS Code team and the VSCodium community.
While GRID utilizes the industry-standard editor surface (Monaco) and extension host compatibility of VS Code, our Agentic Intelligence Engine andContext Awareness System are distinct, proprietary technologies developed exclusively by GRID Editor. These components operate independently from the open-source core to ensure maximum performance and privacy.
