1. Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of GRID Editor services. If you have any questions or problems, please let us know by contacting our support team at support@grideditor.com.
2. Subscription Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions: If you are not satisfied with your monthly subscription, you may request a refund within 72 hours of your initial purchase. After 72 hours, no refunds will be issued for monthly subscriptions, but you may cancel your subscription to avoid future charges.
Annual Subscriptions: If you are not satisfied with your annual subscription, you may request a refund within 30 days of your extensive purchase. We will prorate the refund for the unused portion of the subscription period.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at support@grideditor.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
